Data security, account access and your information rights

Account security

Your login credentials are encrypted during transmission and storage. We use industry-standard protocols to prevent unauthorised access. If you suspect account compromise, change your password immediately or contact support.

Data we collect

We collect your name, contact details, payment information and activity history to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, and comply with local regulations. We do not sell this data.

How long we keep it

We retain your account records for the duration of your account plus the period required by local law. When you close your account, we retain transaction records only as long as regulation requires.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how you use the lobby. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing core account function.

Request your data

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Contact support with your account ID and we will compile and send your records within the timeframe required by local law.

Account closure

You can close your account anytime in Settings > Account. We will process any outstanding withdrawals first, then securely archive your data according to our legal retention policy.

Your rights and account obligations

Yes. Log in to your account, go to Settings > Privacy and select Request My Data. We will compile your information and send it to your registered email. This includes your profile, deposits, withdrawals, login history and support interactions.

We retain transaction records for the minimum period required by local law and our compliance obligations, usually 5–7 years. After that, data is securely deleted. You can request deletion of non-essential records by contacting support.

Your funds remain in your account and available for withdrawal anytime. Inactivity does not expire your balance. If you forget your login details, use the password reset option or contact support to regain access and withdraw your money.

We share only what is necessary to process your payments and comply with law. This includes payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS operators) and regulators where required. We do not sell your data to marketers or other businesses.

When you create an account, you accept our Terms of Service, which cover account use, deposits, withdrawals, disputes and liability limits. A copy is available in Settings > Legal Documents. Contact support if you have questions about any term.

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy and select Manage Consent. You can withdraw consent for non-essential uses such as marketing emails. Core data uses (identity verification, payment processing) cannot be disabled without closing your account.
